Within 2 hours (and sometimes much less), I can be at the beach with the surf and sand or the mountains with snow and skis or farm country with speckled cows or the city nightlight. Love it. We moved about 18 months ago and chose this town specifically because of how family-friendly it is. There are parks and playgrounds everywhere, recreational sports leagues in all seasons, plays, a free summer concert series, a lovely farmer's market...you name it, we've got it. I love it here! family activities!
