i say rock the velour jogging suits! i personally love mine. do you think women are just born with cold boo-tay’s? because mine is always sub-zero according to my husband. :) your grams and gramps are adorable! cranky old men are so great, you just have to love them!

Yeah, I am pretty sure that the track suits are carpooling uniforms. I’d be suspicious of a mom who doesn’t own at least one.

And thank you so much for posting the picture of Grams and Gramps! It will be nice to have a face to puyt with the witty comments. :)

I won’t even go there with decorations – I hear a lot of it from my husband as well. And really, who is to say that 23 storage totes of CHristmas decorations is too much? WHat, like it’s possible to OVER-celebrate the birth of a savior? Hmpfh.

My mom actually bought me one of those juicy couture velour suits for my birthday one year. I L.L.L.L.ove it. I love it so much I think I’ve worn out the knees. I’m going to try to get a little more mileage out of it, though…

I think Gram and Gramps look awesome. I wish I still had my Grandparents…

I am a fan of the velour suit — for the same reason you mention…I am freezing all the time. I just bought these very fuzzy purple socks for $5 at CVS. They are so soft and silky feeling, yet furry at the same time. I’m debating about takiing a picture and posting them on the blog, because they make me so happy (and keep my toes warm, to boot!).

I am with you on velour suits! I would love in them if I could. Actually, I basically did this weekend, and it was awesome. And skinny jeans.. shudder. I tried on a pair one time, thinking that if they made them in sizes larger than 0 or 1, then surely they were made for the general population. I looked SO bad that I considered using them to hang myself in the dressing room.

I think velour suits are totally cute! I’ve always wanted to get a luxurious one from Juicy Couture (http://www.juicycouture.com/shoponline/women/apparel/tracksuits/pg1), but the prices keep me at bay. And I’d love to buy a maternity one for this winter.

P.S. I’m with you on “skinny jeans.” They’re awful on 90% of the population.

I am totally with you on the leisure larry suits. I started wearing them when I was pregnant with #1 and now that is my “uniform” at preschool drop-off, carpool and lots in between, lol!
