You will handle it just fine, as you have every bump in this road of life, that has come your way, you are an amazing mother. And sharing is hard, but sometimes you end up with wonderful additions to your family. ( I am talking way, way, way in the future by the way)

I’ll be curious to find out what will be harder to deal with – the crush or the heartbreak. Either one is tough. I will be taking my cues from you. I still have several years before we get to that phase.

I just read the word dance and shuddered. I hate middle school dances. I am glad for the kids, but oh, I hate them!
That said, I do think the bounce in your daughter’s step was cute, but that’s probably because she’s not my daughter.;)

Oh my! Have you considered sending her to an all girls school? It’s the only safe thing to do, you know. Boys can clearly not be trusted!

I’m glad that I’ve got a few more years before having to deal with this. I don’t think I’ll be able to handle it, either. And I know her daddy won’t be able to!

Hmmm… I wonder if I could find a deserted island to send her to until she’s 30…
